SPC Gaddis was assigned as the Company Information Management Officer (IMO). She implemented maintenance and troubleshooting controls to ensure minimal downtime. SPC Gaddis demonstrated technical expertise, sound decision making, and error free execution of maintaining the units five printers, six SIPR, and nine NIPR computers. She also implemented a company level equipment reset program designed to complement the Army life-cycle program used to replace antiquated equipment. Read more...

In the absence of a NCO, SPC Gaddis performed flawlessly outside of her MOS (25U) as the company orderly room and training NCOIC supporting approximately 80 Soldiers. She superbly managed all Soldier transactions, personnel actions, and developed tracking systems which ensured the company exceeded established standards for the timely submission of personnel actions. SPC Gaddis volunteered to create and maintain a monthly interactive Family Readiness Group (FRG) electronic versioned newsletter, a portal between company level deployed Soldiers and their families. SPC Gaddis' meticulous attention to detail and mastery of website design garnered her accolades for creating the best unit website in the 82nd Sustainment Brigade. SPC Gaddis' abilities were noticed at the brigade, as a result she was chosen to produce the brigade mural located at the Brigade Headquarters and Bagram Finance Building. Read more...

She produced the video and sung the National Anthem at the Battalion's first NCO Induction Ceremony at Bagram Airfield. SPC Gaddis' keen eye and ability to spot errors was instrumental and time saving during the processing of approximately 80 End of Tour awards, 15 NCOERs, and 3 OERs.
